Are you a not-for-profit organisation in the Metro South region? Do you have an innovative and creative idea for a project that can contribute to our shared goal of a healthier community? Brisbane South PHN, together with Metro South Health, want to hear from you!
We have launched the Living Healthier Lives community grants program to support local community initiatives helping people manage their health conditions and enhancing health in the Brisbane south region. Grants of between $20,000 and $100,000 are available to support existing initiatives or to develop new ones.
Particular interest will be placed on programs that target diabetes complications, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, cellulitis, urinary tract infection, angina, influenza and pneumonia, ear, nose and throat infections, convulsions and epilepsy, and gangrene.
To be eligible you must be located in the Metro South region (Brisbane south, Logan, Redlands and Scenic Rim (to Beaudesert) regions) and be a community applicant who is an incorporated not-for-profit organisation, an organisation sponsoring an unincorporated not-for-profit organisation, or an individual officially representing either of the eligible organisations above.
