Share your thoughts about the TGA in their 2018 stakeholder surveys
Each year the TGA asks for feedback from all stakeholders including health professionals, the medical products industry, academics, consumers of therapeutic goods and more. This helps them measure satisfaction with a range of services and activities including their role and performance. Most importantly, they use the feedback received to continually improve the way they support and interact with stakeholders.
What’s different this year
This year the TGA has released two separate surveys – one for consumers of therapeutic goods, and another for health professionals, the medical products industry and all other stakeholders.
How to complete the survey
- Consumers can access the survey at: https://healthau.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3Ko22MMcUpr3IHz. It should take 6-8 minutes to complete.
- All other stakeholders can access the survey at: https://healthau.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8tXvsz7ePDtZvH7. It should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
If you identify with more than one stakeholder group, you should choose the one that best suits your interactions with the TGA. That is, if you communicate or interact with the TGA (including the TGA website and services) mostly from an industry perspective, you should complete the survey intended for that stakeholder group.
Results from the survey will be made available later in 2018. The survey will remain open until 20 July 2018.
