Artius Feeling Better program

Feeling like life has thrown you a few more lows than highs lately? If you need some help to get through a rough patch, the Artius Feeling Better program can teach you tips and strategies to better cope when life gets tough.

Designed for people aged 16 years and over, this program offers people who live in the Brisbane south region six weekly half-hour sessions to learn how to cope with feeling frustrated, stressed, unhappy or anxious. Sessions can be by telephone or face-to-face, and are conducted by fully trained mental health specialists at Artius.

Belong NewAccess program

Are you part of a Brisbane south culturally and linguistically diverse community? If you’re feeling overwhelmed by feelings of isolation, language barriers or settling into your new community, school or workplace, beyondblue’s NewAccess program can help.

Delivered by Belong for people aged 18 years and over, the program involves six free sessions with a NewAccess Coach either face-to-face, over the phone or via telehealth. Your coach will support you in setting practical goals that will get you back on track and connected to your community.
