Q. My service provider is changing, does that mean that I won’t have a service?
A. A change of service provider does not mean that you will not have a service. If your service provider has changed, your new provider will be able to assist you to access the support you need to move seamlessly through these transitions.

Q. Does the PHN offer mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drugs services?
A. While Brisbane South PHN does not deliver services directly, we do work in partnership with service providers who can help you. You can find a list of our partners here (in Brisbane, Redlands and Logan/Beaudesert and additional resources here.
