Find out how by joining Kidney Health Australia and Senior Pharmacist, Carla Scuderi. Using a case study example of an individual with diabetes, this activity outlines the steps required to confirm a CKD diagnosis as well as guidance on what medicines slow the progression of CKD while reducing the risk of CVD. Practical tips on how to utilise the eGFR to adjust medication dosing will also be discussed.
