Webinar: Healthy Ageing and Identification of Risk of Frailty

This free webinar hosted by Sydney North Health Network and the UQ-Mater Research Centre for Health System Reform and Integration will discuss how you can incorporate a simple risk of frailty screening tool into your practice workflow.

Presentations by guest speakers Jennifer Brittain, a gerontology physiotherapist, and Allied Health Research Fellow and dietitian Shelley Roberts, will cover:

  • risk factors for frailty
  • the importance of early screening in primary care
  • management of frailty in the primary care setting.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday 15 November at 6pm to 7pm (AEST).
