Best Practice Training with Train IT Medical - in conjunction with the Statewide PHN Collaborative PHASES Project

Event Owner This is a Brisbane South PHN event

Event Description
Brisbane South PHN is proud to present a 1-day Best Practice training event led by accredited trainer Katrina Otto of Train IT Medical. This free event is offered in conjunction with the statewide PHN initiative called PHASES (Preventing Heart Attack and Stroke Events through Surveillance).

PHASES aims to transform cardiovascular health in Queensland by empowering primary care to lead preventive, data-driven solutions, and through encouraging health professionals to lead the charge in identifying risks early and offering holistic care, including social prescribing and lifestyle interventions.

Any practice staff who would benefit from Best Practice training are welcome to attend, including practice managers, nurses, and GPs. Note, there will be an additional dinner event with a clinical focus tailored specifically for General Practitioners (for GPs the dinner is claimable as a self-reported activity).
Please only register to attend one event (training session or dinner) that is suitable for you, due to overlap of content delivered.
