Brisbane South PHN has an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and Other Drugs team. This role will provide oversight of contract management and support quality improvement of services and other initiatives within the mental health sector and community in the Brisbane South PHN region.
Brisbane South Primary Health Network (BSPHN) is looking for a General Practice Improvement Coordinator to join our existing team. If you are successful in the role, you will be the direct contact between a group of general practices and BSPHN. You will work with the practices to identify their needs and objectives and to support them to achieve their quality improvement activities.
This is a fixed full-time role until 30th June 2025 (however part time will be considered).
Brisbane South PHN is seeking a GP with an interest in workforce planning to take on an advisory role in our System Integration and Coordination (SIC) team. This role will provide guidance and support across multiple elements of the General Practice Workforce Planning and Prioritisation (GP WPP) program and the planning and implementation of other SIC team initiatives.
This is a part time (15.2 hours/week) fixed term role until 30 June 2025.
Program Officer – Homeless Health and Cultural Diversity
Brisbane South PHN has an exciting opportunity to become part of our Family Support and Cultural Diversity team.
The objective of this position is to :
1.Provide high-quality project support activities to ensure optimal delivery, outcomes and achievement of program goals for the Family Support and Cultural Diversity Team
2.Develop effective trust-based relationships with project stakeholders.
3.Ensure activities focus on the achievement of program goals and contribute to the realisation of the Brisbane South PHN strategic goals and vision.
