Primary Health Engagement Coordinator - System Integration and Coordination
This position will develop and maintain positive, effective and meaningful engagement with the primary health sector and other key stakeholders across the PHN region. The role will be responsible for implementing a broad range of activities to support health system integration and stakeholder engagement, responding to identified priority needs. You will also be required to support cross-organisational ways of working by contributing expert stakeholder engagement advice and facilitating coordinated solutions.

This position will provide program support within the System Integration and Coordination Team with a specific focus on the Urgent Care Clinics Program.
The objectives of this position are:
Provide high-quality project support activities to ensure optimal delivery, outcomes and achievement of program goals for the Urgent Care Clinics Program
Develop effective trust-based relationships with project stakeholders.

Brisbane South PHN has an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic System Integration and Coordination team. In this role, you will lead projects and initiatives that will inform and maintain the integrity of stakeholder engagement across Brisbane South PHN. You will help develop and maintain Brisbane South PHN’s reputation through the facilitation of strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders and other key partnerships.
This is a fixed full-time role for until 30 June 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Family Support team to assist in the implementation and evaluation of family support initiatives, including two federally funded pilot programs to support the health and well-being of people impacted by family, domestic and sexual violence and/or child sexual abuse (FDSV and CSA).
This is a full time fixed term role to 30 June 2026.
