Thriving and On Track (TOTs)
The Thriving and On Track (TOTs) Initiative is a collaborative initiative between Children’s Health Queensland, Griffith University, Logan Together, Brisbane South PHN and other community partners.
This initiative is delivered in Early Childhood Education Centres (ECECs) and community hubs across Logan and Inala, with the goal of providing early developmental support to children, families and ECEC educators.
The TOTs Initiative has two main components:

providing appointments with Child Health Nurses in select ECECs across Logan and Inala
providing allied health support in select ECECs across Logan
providing Allied health support in select community hubs across Logan
helping families navigate the different services that can support them and their children
building the capacity of General Practitioners to complete child development assessments and refer families to local support services
The TOTs Initiative builds the capacity of families and early childhood educators to support children’s development by:
providing allied health support including strategies to promote development in select community hubs across Logan
providing information, education, strategies and other support as required to educators in select ECECs across Logan and Inala
