From time-to-time, with funds depending, or by direct request from the Commonwealth, Brisbane South PHN calls for Expressions of Interest (EOI) into once-off funds grants for innovative programs and solutions to improve primary care service delivery and community health outcomes. Community grants
On occasion, Brisbane South PHN administers small grants funds to community groups and local service providers for targeted projects that help to improve the health and wellbeing of people in our region.
AMAQ Foundation’s small grants initiative – Help support victim-survivors of family and domestic violence
The AMAQ Foundation’s small grants initiative, administered in partnership with Brisbane South PHN, aims to enhance the capacity of the community-based organisations who provide these supports.
Grants of up to $20,000 per applicant are available for eligible organisations.

Complete the grant application form and submit it to tenders@bsphn.org.au.
Applications are open from Monday 27 January 2025 and close midday on Monday 24 February 2025.
