Organisational structure

Our organisational structure was adopted to align with our strategic plan and ensure we are well-placed to respond effectively to known and emerging community health care and health system needs. The structure allows Brisbane South PHN to identify community needs, engage and work with primary health care providers and local communities to identify health priorities and take action to improve regional health outcomes.

Our constitution

Brisbane South PHN’s Constitution outlines the nature of the organisation. This includes but is not limited to the membership, frequency of meetings, no profits for members, indemnity, insurance, powers of the Board and appointment, remuneration and retirement of directors and the Chief Executive Officer.
