Dealing with conflict, challenging interactions and employment issues

This is a Brisbane South PHN Event

This session will help practice staff understand why patients behave badly and how to best manage them at the front desk, know the importance of an expected behaviour policy and of protecting your people. Some of the current employment issues will be discussed including psychosocial risks: what are your obligations, how should you manage risks to psychological health in the workplace, what should you do if a worker has psychological issues which are impacting their work.
