Practice Nurses in the Brisbane South PHN area are invited to join our bi-monthly Nurse Network meeting and education sessions. Come along to connect with your peers, share your experiences and support each other. Guest speakers cover a variety of topics relevant for nurses with presentations providing current information, insights, and programs available to primary care.

This session we have a Nurse Practitioner sharing her experience working in Primary Care, discussing scope of practice, and sharing her extensive knowledge of Diabetes. Come along and learn how Brisbane South PHN can provide you with new Quality Improvement Support for Diabetes.

February 5th is also Primary Health Care Nurses Day, and we would love to celebrate the amazing work that you all do.

Topics will include

• Tips and Tricks for Diabetes in General practice
• Case studies of patients with Diabetes
• Scope of practice
• Quality Improvement Diabetic activities for your practice
