Join APNA for a 1-day workshop at Brisbane South PHN, tailored for primary health care teams.

• Identify Signs and Risk Factors: Recognise the warning signs and risk factors of suicidal thoughts to support someone effectively.
• Provide Support and Use Action Plans: Understand how to support individuals with suicidal thoughts and behaviours, using evidence-based strategies for initiating conversations.
• Access Resources and Practice Self-Care: Be aware of professional resources available for support, address barriers to seeking help, and practice self-care as a Mental Health First Aider.

Light refreshments provided. Café in facility open till 2pm.
