Enhancing Multidisciplinary Team-Based Care in General Practice — Workforce Incentive Program (WIP-PS) in action
Brisbane South PHN have teamed up with Brisbane North PHN, Country to Coast Qld, Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, and Gold Coast PHN to host a free, 1-hour webinar showcasing real examples of team-based care in action.

General Practice Quality Improvement (QI)
Quality Improvement coaches are available to support your general practice in meeting Medicare PIP-QI targets. We offer free self-service tools and in-person coaching to help you and your team with improving patient outcomes and experiences of care in your practice.

The Quality Improvement team have developed influenza and pneumococcal toolkits as guides to assist you to improve vaccination rates at your practice.
