Quality improvement (QI)

Expression of interest now open: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Management — Optimising the care of our patients 
 

COPD is the third leading cause of preventable hospitalisations by condition in the Brisbane South PHN region. We’re inviting 10 general practices to participate in a QI project focused on delivering best practice COPD care.  

Participating practices will utilise Best Practice or MedicalDirector software, access Primary Sense reports, and receive hands-on support through face-to-face visits and regular check-ins. 

Submit an Expression of interest (EOI).

Submissions close Monday 11 August 2025.
