Access the new Diabetes Dashboard
View the Diabetes Report through Brisbane South PHN’s Practice Reports Dashboard for Primary Sense.
General practices with Primary Sense can now view a new interactive Diabetes Report that allows you to see the prevalence and trends of diabetic patients within your practice.

Education and training opportunities
Decision Support Tool (IAR-DST) for Mental Healthcare online training
The Initial Assessment and Referral-Decision Support Tool (IAR-DST) helps practitioners determine the appropriate level of care for individuals seeking mental health support. Brisbane South PHN delivers training on how you can best use the IAR-DST and how it can be implemented into your general practice.
GPs and GP registrars who attend a 2-hour IAR training workshop will receive a once-off payment of $300 (excl. GST) and 2 CPD Hours. Conditions apply.
