New Quality Improvement Introduction Toolkit for general practice
Brisbane South PHN has launched a new Introduction Toolkit designed to help general practices to understand the value of continuous quality improvement (QI) in delivering high-quality patient care and effective practice management.
Why use the toolkit?
It supports your practice to:
recognise the benefits of undertaking QI, including meeting accreditation, CPD and Practice Incentive Program requirements
strengthen team engagement to improve patient and overall community health outcomes
develop goals with clear, data-driven targets to enhance workflow efficiency
follow a simple, step-by-step guide to plan and implement your QI activities at a pace that suits your practice.
