New Quality Improvement Introduction Toolkit for general practice

Brisbane South PHN has launched a new Introduction Toolkit designed to help general practices to understand the value of continuous quality improvement (QI) in delivering high-quality patient care and effective practice management.

Why use the toolkit?

It supports your practice to:

  • recognise the benefits of undertaking QI, including meeting accreditation, CPD and Practice Incentive Program requirements

  • strengthen team engagement to improve patient and overall community health outcomes

  • develop goals with clear, data-driven targets to enhance workflow efficiency

  • follow a simple, step-by-step guide to plan and implement your QI activities at a pace that suits your practice.

Need further QI support?

The Brisbane South PHN Quality Improvement (QI) team can help.
