Data Architect and Change Lead
We are seeking to transform an ocean of data into streams of insight to enable better decision-making. We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to provide expert advice and leadership in change management and business readiness in preparation for migration to a new data storage and analytics solution. You will be working closely with a project team to implement changes and champion a shift to embrace data analytics. You will have experience in project management and thrive on the reward of actioning change. The role involves a combination of hands-on tech work and strategic leadership, we are looking for someone with a desire to get their hands dirty with data, equalled by a passion to engage various internal stakeholders and bring our analytics vision to life. You will work collaboratively with our Brisbane South PHN teams, internal and external stakeholders and industry partners aiming to optimise the health of people in our communities and the delivery of health services within our region. Digital Learning Coordinator
Brisbane South PHN is enhancing how we use digital mediums and technology to support and engage primary care workforce in our region. We are seeking a Digital Learning Coordinator to join our team to lead our design, development and implementation of digital delivery across our education, workforce development and other program activities. The role will be a valued member of our Workforce Development and Education Team which supports general practice and primary care providers and their teams to have the skills and capability to respond to changes in the health system and priorities identified though our needs assessment.
