Brisbane South PHN are pleased to invite general practitioners and practice teams in our region to a dinner event facilitated by internationally renowned expert on patient-centred medical homes, value-based care and healthcare systems transformation, Dr Kirsten Meisinger, and nationally renowned expert in person-centred care, quality improvement and higher-performing primary healthcare, Dr Walid Jammal.
