This is a Brisbane South PHN Event

Event description

Brisbane South PHN recognises the importance of taking time to pause and reflect on your wellbeing, especially in the aftermath of Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

To support you in your vital role, we have partnered with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Disaster Response Network (DRN) to offer free wellbeing check ins for commissioned service providers.

As a frontline worker, maintaining your mental health and wellbeing is essential. You are invited to participate in a group wellbeing session facilitated by psychologists from the APS DRN.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing and connect with others in a supportive environment.
