Brisbane South PHN partner with QENDO to launch free multidisciplinary service for endometriosis and pelvic pain
Members of the QENDOCare team at the QENDO 37th birthday party for the announcement of the QENDOCare Service, 30 August 2025.

QENDOCare is a free multidisciplinary health service that support general practitioners (GPs) to care for patients with endometriosis, adenomyosis and persistent pelvic pain symptoms.

Comprised of a multidisciplinary team, QENDOCare is not a commissioned clinic, but supports GPs to manage their patient’s care through becoming a referral partner.

This free clinical service complements a GP’s care for patients through access to coordinated support from:

  • pelvic health physiotherapists

  • counsellors

  • accredited practicing dietitians

  • registered nurses.

Support your patients with free multidisciplinary telehealth care for endometriosis and pelvic pain

By becoming a Referring Partner with QENDOCare, your practice can:

  • refer directly to the multidisciplinary service

  • access free care for your patients

  • collaborate through case conferencing (optional)

  • receive discharge summaries with care plans

  • improve outcomes for complex or underserved patients

  • reduce distress, delay, and fragmentation of care.

What makes QENDOCare different?

  • QENDOCare is not a standalone clinic.

  • QENDOCare does not replace GP care—it strengthens it.

  • The service is free, collaborative, and trauma-informed.

  • QENDOCare clinicians offer short-term support, focused on practical, patient-led care.

Patient eligibility

This service is for patients living in the Brisbane South PHN region who are:

  • diagnosed with or suspected to have endometriosis, adenomyosis, or persistent pelvic pain

  • struggling with symptoms such as flare-ups, fatigue, pain, bowel/bladder distress, fertility concerns, or mental health impacts

  • in need of additional support but aren’t accessing multidisciplinary care due to cost, waitlists, or location.

How to refer patients into QENDOCare

  • GPs can refer patients via Best Practice/Medical Objects (if available in your practice) or submit a Clinician Referral Form online. The QENDOCare team will contact your patient, begin intake, and keep you informed throughout the patient’s journey including comprehensive discharge communication.

  • Allied health professionals will need to advise patients to obtain a referral from their GP. This ensures continuity of care and allows QENDOCare to coordinate with their primary doctor. If a patient does not currently have a GP, the QENDOCare team can assist them to connect with one.

  • QENDOCare can work with you one-off, or you can choose to become a Referring Partner so you can collaborate more closely. Becoming a referring partner is easy.
