Practice Manager and Practice Nurse Network Meeting

Join us at the Brisbane South PHN Practice Manager and Practice Nurse Network meeting. Topics include how to improve health outcomes of people from diverse backgrounds, along with insights from a school nurse about health care for children at school.

Tracking servicing requirements for the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive

Practices can use the Patient Monitoring and Tracking Spreadsheet, developed by The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing to:

  • proactively manage care for people in residential aged care facilities

  • streamline the tracking of servicing requirements for the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive.


Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program – even payment split announced

Bulk billing incentive payments changes from 1 November 2025 will expand the eligibility of bulk billing incentives to all Australians with a Medicare card. Mark Butler, Minister for Health, Disability and Ageing announced that from 1 November 2025, practices and GPs registering for the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP) will equally share in the additional incentive payment of 12.5% of MBS billings for eligible services.
