General practitioners (GPs) and practice nurses — Help shape the future of diabetes care
Metro South Health is seeking your input through a short survey to help improve how diabetes care is delivered across our region.
Your feedback will help:
assist Metro South Health to understand your learning needs, confidence, interests and preferences for education that meets GP and practice nurse needs
understand your current needs in the management of diabetes patients
how future diabetes training and specialist support is best designed for primary healthcare clinicians and patient health and wellbeing outcomes.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and responses are confidential. Survey closes Monday 10 August 2026.
As a thank you, participants will be eligible for a 50% discount to the LEADS Diabetes Symposium happening in November 2026.

Blunder Road, Oxley Medical and Dental Centre is the local endometriosis and pelvic pain clinic in the Brisbane South PHN region, offering timely diagnosis, treatment and coordinated care closer to home.
The GP-led clinic can support patients who are navigating what can be complex, ongoing care.

Attention clinics using Best Practice software: Important PIP QI compliance update
Halo Connect is now required for all practices using Best Practice software to continue participation in the PIP QI Incentive program.
Halo Connect must be set up to ensure Primary Sense remains active and functioning correctly.
If your practice has not yet connected Primary Sense via Halo Connect, or you are unsure whether this has been completed, please contact [email protected] for assistance or confirmation.
Please note, if Primary Sense is showing as orange or red, this may indicate a connection issue that requires attention.
