Have your business hours changed?
Having accurate opening hours displayed in the National Health Service Directory (NHSD) helps community members find care, avoid unnecessary emergency department presentations, and improves after-hours system navigation.
To ensure your patients can stay connected to available care during the holidays:
general practices, pharmacies, allied health providers and commissioned services are encouraged to update their holiday opening hours in the NHSD
providers can update their details quickly via:
their service listing on Healthdirect.gov.au, or
through PRODA, if this is their usual method of managing NHSD details.
