Invitation for Expressions of Interest: Join the Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC) Clinical Advisory Group

GPs are invited to submit an expression of interest to join the Clinical Advisory Group (CAG) for the review and development of Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPCs) in multiple specialty areas, including:

  • diabetes and endocrinology
  • general medicine
  • hepatology
  • oncology and malignant haematology
  • respiratory and sleep medicine
  • paediatric surgery
  • paediatric orthopaedics
  • general paediatric
  • antenatal
  • wound management.

About Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC)

Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC) are clinical decision support tools that will help ensure patients referred for public specialist outpatient services in Queensland are assessed in order of clinical urgency.

About the Clinical Advisory Group (CAG)

For detailed information on roles, responsibilities, and the operational framework of the CAG, see CAG Terms of Reference.

The development timeframe for the CPC is anticipated to be between 6 to 12 months, with communication and collaboration facilitated through Microsoft Teams, email, and face-to-face meetings (including via Teams).
