Join the annual On Target for Immunisation Workshop 2026
Immunisation service providers including nurses, general practitioners (GPs) and pharmacists are invited to join one of the largest immunisation workshop events in our region, dedicated to strengthening vaccination practices and improving local immunisation rates.
Participants are free to stay for the full day event or attend the particular workshop(s) and session(s) that interest them.
This year’s program brings together a diverse range of expert speakers who will:

Brisbane South PHN and Metro South Public Health Unit invite you to join us for an engaging workshop that explores the current immunisation programs and schedules, as well as proven strategies to build trust, increase confidence, and reduce vaccine hesitancy within the community.

falling vaccination rates
childhood vaccination update
National Immunisation Strategy 2025-2030
immunisation programs and schedule update
addressing vaccine hesitancy and improving patient communication
practical vaccination techniques and giving multiple injections
cultural considerations for immunising our communities.
