Important details when completing the 2026 Influenza Vaccine Order Form
Queensland Health requests immunisation service providers (ISPs) to:
enter number of individual doses required (not pack quantities)
complete all sections of the form.
The quantity of vaccines your service requests may be adjusted to maintain equitable distribution across Queensland services. Your service will be contacted via email if this occurs.
If for any reason your service needs to amend your order quantities, please email [email protected] by 20 February 2026.
Considerations when placing your order
Review your 2025 uptake and client base (reduce quantities if excess stock was discarded last season).
Calculate all doses required for influenza immunisation at your service, including outreach activities such as aged care facilities.
Additional influenza immunisations cannot be ordered during the scheduled rollout periods.
After the 3 rollouts are complete, ISPs can re-order influenza immunisations in routine fortnightly orders.
The pre-order form is not to be used to order private funded stock.
ISPs are responsible for:
ordering sufficient doses to meet demand
ensuring adequate cold chain storage capacity for all ordered doses
submitting only 1 order per ISP.
If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
