Maintaining personal hygiene is an essential component of care provision and directly impacts skin health and a person’s comfort and well-being. Personal hygiene includes care of the skin, hair, nails, mouth, eyes, ears and nose, perineal region, and facial shaving. Join Doctor Michelle Gibb as she discusses the concepts of skin care and strategies to improve skin integrity using skin cleansers, barrier preparations, and emollients.
