This course is fast-paced and designed for intermediate to advanced users who are proficient with the appointment book and billing workflows. Our trainers will begin by performing a deep-dive of the reporting module to give users insight into a variety of reports ranging from financial, auditing, accreditation, and analytical reports. We’ll also show users how to improve their data quality through Bp Utilities and the Database Search feature which is paramount for accreditation.

Target Audience
Designed for users who are already comfortable with the appointment book and billing workflows within the software, the course is fast-paced. Users will need to have a sound grounding within the software before attending.

Course Prerequisites
