The workshop will cover a range of essential tools and topics to equip you in providing palliative and end-of-life care. Topics will include symptom management, effective communication, and care coordination, as well as real-time clinical support and advance care planning. We will also focus on safe approaches to deprescribing, terminal care management, and the skills needed to navigate complex palliative and end-of-life situations.
