Welcome to our combined Practice Network meeting.
The Brisbane South PHN region is home to over 1.2 million people from many different backgrounds and cultures. In fact, approximately 3% of people in our region are from First Nations backgrounds and 31% were born overseas. Find out how you can improve the health outcomes and experiences of people from diverse backgrounds to ensure they receive health care that is accessible, inclusive and culturally responsive.
Have you ever wondered who is continuing the health care for our children when they are at school? Join us to hear about insights from a day in the life of a school nurse and how we can learn from each other
