Brisbane South PHN invites GPs and nurse practitioners to join nationally renowned GP, Dr Paresh Dawda at our upcoming General Practice in Aged Care Incentive dinner event to hear about the new General Practice in Aged Care Incentive and what it means for your practice and patients.

If you are a GP or nurse practitioner working in the Brisbane South PHN region and you are currently providing outreach care to residents in aged care facilities, or you are interested in participating in the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive, we encouraged to join us in conversation with Dr Dawda.

Bring along any questions you have about the transition to the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive to have them answered on the night.
