How to make the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive work for your practice

Services Australia identified a number of failed payments for quarter 1 of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive, due to missing bank account details of practices or providers. Those affected should have now received notification from Services Australia with information about how to resolve this issue.

If you have not received payment or have not received payment following the first assessment quarter, but you believe you met the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive eligibility and servicing requirements , you can contact Services Australia on [13 21 50](tel:13 21 50) to query this.

Following the first assessment quarter of the General Practice in Aged Care Incentive and payments being made to those who met eligibility and servicing requirements, now is a good time to reflect on the progress you have made and review the resources available to support your ongoing efforts in providing quality care for aged care residents.
