Upskill or reskill your practice workforce with Queensland Government-subsidised training delivered in collaboration with University of New England Partnerships (UNEP).
The nationally-recognised qualifications on offer focus on improving workforce capabilities. While engaged in the education and training, your team has the opportunity to join regular online webinars, access personalised support and interact with their peers across Queensland.
Available training courses for medical practices

Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) — for medical receptionists at the start of their career.

Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting — optimise your practice performance by investing in a medical assistant.
Eligibility requirements for government-subsidised training
Participants for Certificate III training must:
• be at least 15 years old and no longer at school
• be a Queensland resident
• be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
• not hold a Cert III level or higher (not including qualifications completed at school).
Participants for Certificate IV training must:
• be at least 15 years old and no longer at school.
• be a Queensland resident
• be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
• not hold a Cert IV level or higher.
