The inaugural Women and Girls’ Health Showcase will take place in Brisbane on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 February 2025.

This event will bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, consumers and advocates to discuss critical health issues impacting women and girls.

This two-day Brisbane showcase will cover key themes including:

• periods and pelvic health
• perimenopause and menopause
• mental health
• sexual and reproductive health.

Sessions will focus on practical applications and real-world solutions for women and girls’ health. Including:

• discussing the latest research and innovations
• sharing best practice in women and girls’ health.

Audience:

• Queensland Health and non-Queensland Health clinicians
• Department of Health staff
• Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs)
• community, primary, and private healthcare providers
• lived experience representatives and consumers
• non-government organisations (NGOs)
• researchers and academics.
