Immunisations
First Nations Quality Improvement Project
Morningside Family Medical Centre achieved great results of 88 First Nations patients were up to date with immunisation
Bowel screening
Supporting a practice to increase engagement with the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program through the Alternative Access Model
Medicross Victoria Point achieved integration of the National Cancer Screening Register (NCSR) and provided 14 bowel screening kits to patients.
