Brisbane South PHN partners with trusted First Nations organisations to support the social, emotional and cultural wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across our region. Our commissioned services provide culturally grounded, community‑led care that strengthens connection to culture, Country, family and community. Through these partnerships, we aim to ensure First Nations peoples can access safe, holistic and responsive wellbeing and suicide prevention supports close to home.
